I have done good research into the art of selling.. and before you finish reading I will have revealed to you step by step how you should adjust your selling endeavors so that you can sell more and make more money doing so and also as a bonus build long term relationships with your customers...

So here we Go .. As technology advances very rapidly... everything else changes and most changes are in the selling industry.....

Let's talk about dating for example... 10 years ago you would never catch me trying to find a date on the internet but in today's atmosphere it seems to be the only way you can study someone and really get to know the person before meeting..

We have social media platform like facebook, youtube etc.... things have changed and the old model of selling is no longer applicable...

Product are many,, in different varieties, co lours and such,,, access to information is  available to virtually anyone  anywhere. So the customer has so many options to choose from and she or he is going to choose based on only one thing..... Which I'm going to reveal as you keep reading..



Now how was selling done before... the old model of selling.. well 

It went  something like this.......
In the sales presentation .. you established rapport immediately and this was 10% of the sale..
waste nobody's time kind of approach,, straight on to business...

second part which was 20% of the sale was qualifying the prospect... finding out if they had the money to buy what you were selling to them...

Third part was presenting which made 30% of the sale  .. along with a series of tactics, to get the person to buy and stuff like that....

Then 40% was the closing... close them quick and often... various closing techniques...


This worked very well back then,, when competition was not as great ,products were not as plenty in variety as today...



Because of products being so many customer are not aware what is what  because of the rapid changes and are going to buy from you based on the relationship established amongst yourselves. In most of the cases the prospect has already made the decision to buy a certain product but which brand or type is still the question....

SO saes decisions are based on relationship...

It's relationship selling  AND THE RELATIONSHIP IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE PRODUCT.........

One of my mentor who is virtually doing millions of dollar in sales per year repeats the following over and over...

People join people and not companies or mlm deals... so remember this you too... if you are building a business  no one care about your product but if your product is good then it should show from you.. yourself..

I have unfortunately observed many of my colleagues only talking about their products but the truth is the relationship you build with your clients is more important than the product... 

SO HERE IS THE NEW MODEL OF SELLING WORTH OVER $10000 DOLLARS

The first step is TRUST   which is 40% of the sale..

So this is the critical factor in selling 

Now how do you develop trust.... well the answer is fulfilling customer's needs

NEEDS make 30% of the sale,

How do you do this.. well by asking the customer question and being genuinely interested in the customer....

so TRUST and NEEDs makes 70% of the sale..

Now 20% is PRESENTING 
here is where you can adjust your presentation to the customers needs.... at least now the customer can trust that what you are selling them will solve their needs.

10% is closing but this becomes automatic.. and to be honest this model of selling is good and will position you from being a salesperson to a consultant....
